Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome! Thank you for choosing the freelance design services offered by Massimo Muntoni. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the professional design services provided by Massimo Muntoni ("the Provider") for clients ("Client" or "Clients"). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Massimo Muntoni offers professional design services, including the creation of design projects for SaaS, tech companies, and similar businesses. Services may include, but are not limited to, digital product design, visual consulting, and branding, depending on the agreements made with the Client.
2. Access and Use
No registration is required to access the services. However, the Client must be able to communicate clearly and promptly with the Provider to ensure the effectiveness of the service.
3. Payments and Pricing
Pricing for services may vary depending on the type of project and the duration of the work. The Provider offers two payment options:
Hourly Rates
For short and specific projects, the Provider will charge an hourly rate. The hourly rate will be agreed upon in advance with the Client based on the project’s needs.
Monthly Rates
For long-term projects requiring indefinite time commitment, the Client has the option to pay a fixed monthly fee. The duration of the service and the monthly fee will be determined based on the agreement with the Client.
Payments must be made via [accepted payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, credit card], according to the terms agreed upon in the contract.
Additional Services
Any request for additional services or changes not included in the initial contract will be charged separately at the agreed hourly rate.
No refunds
Once payment has been made for a project, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the project’s progress, except as required by applicable law.
4. Responsibilities
The Provider is responsible solely for the design and creation of the requested material. However, the Provider cannot be held responsible for the final outcome of the project, which may depend on factors beyond its control, such as changes requested by the Client or the context in which the design is implemented.
The Client agrees to follow the design process outlined by the Provider. If the Client fails to follow the agreed process, the Provider cannot guarantee an optimal quality result.
5. Changes to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of significant changes, the Client will be notified through the communication method agreed upon in the contract (e.g., email, chat, etc.). By continuing to use the services after being notified of the changes, the Client agrees to the updated Terms.
6. Contact and Support
For any questions or support requests, the Client may contact the Provider through the communication method chosen and agreed upon in the contract. The Provider will respond within 48 hours of the request.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Italy/another country], and any disputes arising from their use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [city or region].
Acceptance of Terms
Using our services implies acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use our services.
